Jun 07, 2010 -- 12:28pmHello everybody! Hope you are doing well! It's been a while since I brought you a new Music Monday! With vacations and holidays and just being busy in general, I got behind on my duties! We've had alot of songs come aboard though! I'll re-cap todays additions for you! We added new music from Jason Derulo, his latest single "Ridin' Solo" which is climbing fast. Also, from his latest cd we've got "Find Your Love" by Drake. We the Kings are back with "We'll Be a Dream" and Train has put up another single "If It's Love" to our list. Usher and Plies land with another track from Usher's latest effort, this track is entitled "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" and then a solo track from Plies titled "She Got It Made" lands in our list. Good charting for Plies! And lastly we added White Tie Affair's "You Look Better When I'm Drunk!" Also in recent weeks, we added new music from Paramore, Miley Cyrus, Nickelback, Justin Bieber, Eminem and so many more! But with new additions we must also bid farewell to some favorites. Leaving us is Jamie Foxx/Justin Timberlake "Winner," "Follow Me Down" by 3OH!3 and "Halfway Gone" by Lifehouse. Some big hitters we are losing are Lady Antebellum "Need You Now," "Say Aah" by Trey Songz and "Eenie Meenie," by Sean Kingston & Justin Bieber. Some of those guys have been around for a while. But we've got some big climbers. OMG by Usher/Will.I.Am is really climbing. Also, California Girls by the always awesome Katy Perry is shooting up as well. Travis McCoy's "Billionaire" is climbing up, as is B.O.B.'s latest "Airplanes" in which he gets help from Hayley Williams of Paramore. That's your chart watch for now, be sure to check out the top 10 list to see where your favorite Mix song is and keep it tuned in for me! Til next time, take care!
New Music Monday For 5-3-2010
May 03, 2010 -- 11:10amHey hey its May! I'm bringing you the gift of new Mix Music! Finally the storms and rains are over with, for now at least. April flowers bringing May flowers? I guess we'll see! But, let's get into the important stuff...MUSIC!! Coming aboard this week is a new track from Boys Like Girls entitled "Heart Heart Heartbreak." Good track! Next is the latest from John Mayer, getting help from Taylor Swift with "Half of my Heart." This one could climb pretty quickly once it gets going, especially with two big names in it. And the last song is "Impossible" by Shontelle. She's been laying low lately, but now she's back for you! On the losing end, we're dropping "Heartbreak Warfare" by John Mayer this week. But I have a feeling it could bounce back depending on how well his new track takes off. "Baby" By Justin Bieber is also off the list, but its another one I can see coming back. "Whataya Want From Me" by Adam Lambert is taking its leave as well. It seems to be falling fairly hard, but we may hear from him in the near future again as well. Gonna see some big names moving around soon I'm sure. Hope you're ready! But that's all for now, more new music will come next week! Til then, take care!
New Music Monday for 4-26-2010
Apr 26, 2010 -- 11:06amHey hey everybody! Sorry for the big lapse in writing to you all. I've been a bit under the weather. Let's just say that this has been one of the worst allergy seasons that I can remember. Allergies like to karate kick me in the face! It's like NINJY KICK! But I'm feeling much better today, plus, I have to get the new music news to you! So let's get down to it. We're dropping a few songs from the list, a few big ones at that! John Mayer's "Heartbreak Warfare" is going to take a break from us, as well as "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Buble. I'm a bit sad to see that one go, it was a pretty solid tune. But there's a chance it may very well come back in the near future. Also leaving us is Ludacris' "How Low," "Baby" by Justin Bieber and "Today Was a Fairytale" by Taylor Swift. Some big names dropping out of the list! But...don't worry because here are the new tunes. The latest from Justin Bieber titled "Somebody to Love" is jumping up big already. Also, Mike Posner is dropping in with "Cooler than Me." He has done alot of collaborating in the past with 3OH!3, Kid Cudi and others. Now is his time to release his own music. Also coming on board is the latest from the Black Eyed Pease "Rock That Body" which is probably going to climb up quick. It's got that solid beat from the BEP gang. You'll love it! And last is the latest release from Orianthi called "Shut Up & Kiss Me." That gal can wail on the guitar! No wonder Michael Jackson picked her to sling the axe on his tour prior to his death. So there you go, new music for your Monday! But, things are getting a tad busy so I am going to bow out early. I've also updated our top 10 songs list, you can check that out as well. Til next time, take care!

In the additions department, we're adding 4 new songs to our list. First is Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars with "Billionaire." You know Travie from the group, Gym Class Heroes, in which he is the lead vocalist. This should be a good one! Up next is the latest from Christina Aguilera called "Not Myself Tonight." Along with that we have new music from a couple Mix staple artist. The first is Lady Gaga's latest "Alejandro" and the second being "Your Love is My Drug" by Ke$ha. Look for those to impact the charts big coming soon! We've also got a few shakeups in our top 10 list, so check that out. Saddly though, we will be saying goodbye to a few songs. New Music Monday for 3-29-2010
Mar 29, 2010 -- 11:17amHey hey hey!! I'm back again! We took last week off due to some vacations in the building. I was out for a bit, then the head honcho Steve was gone as well. Music was set and no new music was added. However, this week we are back in action with some new music that you can fall in love with! First off is a goofy song that I'm sure is going to pick up some plays soon. Its by Spose and is called "I'm Awesome." It's good stuff and I think you'll like it. Also added is new Kelly Clarkson "All I Ever Wanted" which is sounding solid as well. And finally, Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber team up for "Eenie Meenie." There is no way you can deny how big Justin Bieber is getting now. Such a huge fan base for this youngster from all ages. Young girls to mothers go crazy over him! This could be a big song in the coming weeks. It's already climbing as it is and we're just now adding it. Hope you enjoy! Also with new music comes the tearful goodbyes. We're going to see Orianthi's "According To You" leaving the charts for a bit. She took quite the fall but I look for her to be back again. Also Jay Sean and "Do You Remember" will be exiting coming up as well. But we've got alot of big movers and shakers up at the top. Lady Antebellum and Black Eyed Peas are holding down our top 2 and we've seen Timbaland/Justin Timberlake in the top 10 as well as The Script, both very good entries. As we roll into the spring months, the music is heating up getting us ready for summer! I hope you're ready! That's it for this week! Be sure to check out the top 10 list and til next time, take care!
